This notice covers the cloudphoenix.co.uk website, run by Cloud Phoenix Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 12906101), registered office C/O Aardvark Accounting, 1 Cedar Office Park, Cobham Road, Wimborne, BH21 7SB, United Kingdom. Each app has its own privacy policy: Sunline and Drone Zones UK.
In short
- No cookies, no analytics, no adverts and no tracking.
- The site doesn't load anything from other companies, such as fonts or scripts.
- The only personal data we receive is what you choose to send through the contact form.
The contact form
When you send a message, we receive the topic, app, name (if you give one), email address and message you enter. They're emailed to us, and we use them only to read and reply to your message. We keep messages for as long as they're useful for that, then delete them. We never sell or share them, or use them for marketing.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Hostinger. Like any web host, its servers keep short-term technical logs (such as IP addresses and the pages requested) to keep the service secure and working.
Links to other sites
The Buy me a coffee links go to buymeacoffee.com, and app links go to Google Play. Those sites have their own privacy policies.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of, or to delete, any message you've sent us by contacting us. If you have a concern, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office: ico.org.uk.
